RECIPES: Fish For Kids

2 thick pieces firm white fish

1 egg

Splash of soy sauce, tomato ketchup, mild english mustard

1.5 cups breadcrumbs (preferably Japanese as they are crunchier)

Olive Oil for shallow frying

1.Chop fish into bite size cubes.

2.Whisk egg, soy, ketchup and mustard and pour over fish pieces (you can marinate for a couple of hours but, not essential)

3.Place breadcrumbs in large ziplock bag and add fish, making sure fish is well coated.

4.Heat frypan on high heat and add oil. When oil is hot add fish bites and cook for 1 min each side. Drain on paper towel and serve with sauce of equal parts mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
